Matthew began in real estate while attending the University of Washington and has continued in the profession for over 24 years. His diversified real estate experience spans across most of the states in the United States, most of the provinces in Canada along with many of the countries in the western hemisphere including participation, oversight and/or project management of 1000+ transactions of all types.  He specializes in acquisition, development, and disposition of real estate as well as consulting on title and property use issues. 

Jordan Stephens

President & Director of Operations

One of the founders of the company, Jordan wanted to bring a unique management experience to property owners that focused on the needs of each property.  Jordan has experience managing many different type of rental investment properties.  He has managed residential rentals, commercial properties, industrial storage, and vacation rentals with great success.  He specializes in finding quality tenants quickly and knowing what tenants want in a rental.  He currently oversees the daily operations of the company including property acquisitions and sales, business development, and rental management.  He has an Advertising and Business Marketing degree from Brigham Young University. 

Marthes Solamuthu

Chairman of the Board

Marthes has been a client of Pineapple Property Group since its inception and has been an active investor in the Real Estate realm for the past ten years.  Prior to this, he was the CEO of Smart Staffing which he helped build from scratch and in just four years has five locations, one thousand employees and is now serving more than forty clients nationwide.  Preceding this, he was the COO of Integracore, the Vice President of Worldwide Operations of Clear One Communications (Public Listed Company), and the General Manager of Venture Corporations. He also held various Senior Positions in different corporations such as Ericsson, Motorola, and Western Digital. Marthes received a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the Technology University of Malaysia.
