Marthes has been a client of Pineapple Property Group since its inception and has been an active investor in the Real Estate realm for the past ten years. Prior to this, he was the CEO of Smart Staffing which he helped build from scratch and in just four years has five locations, one thousand employees and is now serving more than forty clients nationwide. Preceding this, he was the COO of Integracore, the Vice President of Worldwide Operations of Clear One Communications (Public Listed Company), and the General Manager of Venture Corporations. He also held various Senior Positions in different corporations such as Ericsson, Motorola, and Western Digital. Marthes received a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the Technology University of Malaysia.
